David Rutter

David joined Kane Constructions in 2000 having worked on several landmark projects including Melbourne’s Crown Casino, Federation Square and Republic Tower.

At Kane Constructions, David has successfully delivered dozens of projects from all sectors including health, education, retail, industrial, defence, civil and recreational. David holds a BSA Builder-Open Licence, as well as several tertiary qualifications including a Bachelor of Planning & Design (University of Melbourne), a Bachelor of Building (University of Melbourne) and a Graduate Diploma of Property (With Distinction) (RMIT University). He is also a member of the Australian Property Institute and the Queensland Master Builders Association.

David is involved intimately in all projects from the time of tender through to completion. His main focus is to ensure that Kane delivers a quality project that meets all stakeholders expectations of success and to develop ongoing relationships with Clients and consultants.
