With 20 years experience in the construction industry Warwick joined Kane Constructions in 2004 as General Manager (NSW). Warwick is a qualified Civil Engineer and holds a builders licence, Diploma in Management and ASX Securities Institute Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment. He has been a member of the Institution of Engineers since 1990.
He has experience in all forms of construction having completed a variety of projects for commercial, retail, residential, institutional and design and construct clients. He brings to the role of General Manager solid communication and management skills, technical ability and vision with his main focus on delivering quality projects that meet all stakeholder expectations.
Warwick understands the importance of repeat client business. He believes that in order to differentiate itself from the pack, Kane must deliver all projects with the key project success ingredients of; on time, safety, meeting budgets and handing over the project defect free.

Geoff Purcell

Geoff joined Kane in November 1993 as an assistant administrator and moved his way up through the Estimating Department preparing tenders, subcontractor comparisons, construction scheduling and overseeing off shore procurements, to the position of Project Manager with responsibility for all aspects of building projects including contract administration, supervision and works programming and quality assurance, reporting directly to the Construction Director.
Geoff has completed a variety of major projects with Kane ranging from restoration, refurbishment, specialised upgrade works, performing art facilities and prestigious new works such as the Marine & Freshwater Resources Institute in Queenscliff. He also has experience in overseas projects having managed the construction of the Australian Embassy in PR China.
Geoff is a Graduate in Planning & Design (1993) and has a Bachelor of Building (1995) from the University of Melbourne.
Geoff has embraced the opportunity of developing further the expansion of the Sydney office and is excited by the new challenge.
