Restoration and adaptation of the Old Government House building, originally built for the Governor in 1862, and one of Brisbane’s most significant heritage buildings. Now within the grounds of QUT, the building is to be restored and adapted for use by the University. Works include asbestos removal, demolition, significant carpentry restoration, French polishing, painting and all services including a glazed platform lift.
