Kane Constructions was appointed Construction Manager to deliver the $18m facility for Barwon Health and Deakin University in late 2008. Works started in earnest in February 2009 with the 10,000m2 five level building being delivered on time and to budget despite a highly restrictive site and considerable lost time due to inclement weather.
