Construction has commenced at Number8, a $40m mixed use development located at Buckingham Avenue in Springvale, Melbourne.
Kane Constructions was awarded the contract in late 2008. The development comprises a seven level carpark, 24 apartments and over 40 retail outlets. The tower crane was erected last week and the structure will shortly begin to rise in this busy shopping precinct. The 12 month construction programme will see the project completed early in 2011.
