The first occupants have moved into the luxurious Promenade Tower apartments on the Geelong foreshore. What better to celebrate Christmas?

Kane Constructions completed this $21m design and construct apartment tower in early November. The building comprises 29 luxury dwellings with uninterrupted views over Eastern Beach. The project was delivered on budget and ahead of program to uncompromising standards of quality.

The Kane Project Team of Tim Fowler, Marco Bonadio, Sam Gallagher and Tim Haintz will enjoy a well earned break over Christmas before moving on to their next challenging project in 2010. A job well done.
