| Topping Out at $70m Swinburne ATC |

In completing the final pour of the north east tower, Kane Constructions has topped out at the $70m Swinburne University Advanced Technology Centre Project - 'topping off' a great year for the company.
In keeping with a long honoured construction industry tradition - and befitting of the festive season - a 14-foot pine tree has been raised by crane to be 'planted' on Level 11. Not only does this signify that the building's structure is now complete, but also to symbolise growth and to bring luck to the future occupants.
Kane are proud to celebrate this milestone achievement as we move closer to delivering a world class 5-star Greenstar building for Swinburne University.
