Founded in 1973, the company has expanded steadily over the intervening years developing expertise in community projects such as hospitals, nursing homes, educational and public facilities, industrial & commercial buildings and major restoration projects in Australia and overseas. 1998 saw the establishment of a fully resourced office in Sydney.
Overseas projects have taken the company as far a field as Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, India, China, East Timor, Pakistan, Western Samoa and Vanuatu.
With turnover in excess of $178m and more than 167 highly trained and qualified staff Kane has the financial and human resources to provide certainty, accountability and quality to our clients in a highly competitive environment.

In Sydney the company has combined locally recruited senior management, who provide an in depth knowledge of the NSW construction market, with enthusiastic middle management personnel drawn from within the Kane team. Whilst committed to the Kane mission and benefiting from the well established business systems that have been developed over the last thirty years in Melbourne, the Sydney office continues to develop a personality of its own.
